BEWARE. Don’t even attempt to establish care with this practice if you are doing so because you have been referred for a medical issue. They aren’t remotely interested in providing medical care. They just want to get that $$$$ from the easy appointments like annual checkups. Tried to establish care from a referral from my primary care doctor that she considered urgent. Was told they needed 2 weeks to review a 2-page imaging report before they would even schedule an appointment. Asked if I could schedule as a new patient to try to establish SOME level of care. Was told no. After 2 weeks, still no call, follow up, or appointment. Finally, got them back on the phone and was told by the nurse that the doctors only review referrals – “when they can get to it” as if I was unreasonable in expecting them to comply with the time frame they gave me. Steer clear.
